The Kinetic Group is seeking a maintenance technician for the evening shift in Lonoke, AR. You will perform preventative and minor maintenance on production equipment, execute timely changeovers, and support engineers while ensuring safety rules and ISO directives are followed.

Responsibilities include mentoring operators, adhering to safety guidelines, and completing required Hazardous Waste Management training within six months. Overtime may be required based on needs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to speak, read and write English well enough to communicate with team and supervision
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment
• Must pass the company's mechanical aptitude evaluation
• Must possess basic PC skills sufficient to navigate and print documents

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery and support equipment
• Perform timely changeovers on production machines and equipment
• Assist Operators and Technicians as required
• Mentor Operators and Technicians to ensure process integrity and best practices
• Complete Hazardous Waste Management training within six months of starting, and annually thereafter
• Overtime and extended shifts may be required
