Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in manufacturing or maintenance supervision.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with industrial drive systems and transmissions.
• SAP CMMS or similar maintenance system experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure complete work orders with approvals for all maintenance work.
• Attend shift handovers and review downtime and tasks from prior shift.
• Lead shift handovers and communicate priorities to production.
• Assign work orders and manage workloads for each team member.
• Collaborate with planners to manage backlog and establish priorities.
• Spend 60%+ of shift on the plant floor engaging with mechanics.
• Provide technical support to ensure work is done correctly.
• Document labor, materials, actions, and equipment status in SAP.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices on shift.
• Lead continuous-improvement in equipment areas and OE.
• Conduct safety-awareness meetings and foster teamwork.
