Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II for a night shift (6:48pm–7:00am, 2/2/3 schedule, every other weekend) in the North East, PA area. Weekly pay starts at $28.95 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential for night shifts and benefits effective on day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with match.

The Operator runs plastic blow molding machines and performs adjustments, repairs, and quality checks to produce containers safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Proficient in computer usage and typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines with safe, high‑quality output.
• Perform mold changes and basic processing adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and document results.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
