Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II for the night shift in Mason, OH. The role operates from 6:48pm to 7:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule, working every other weekend. Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour with an additional $1.00 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Follow all safety, health, quality, GMP and company policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and related activities.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Perform basic processing adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in training new Operators and support line maintenance.
