Graham Packaging Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Machine Operator II for the night shift (6:48pm-7:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend). The role focuses on operating blow molding machines to produce high-quality containers, maintaining safety and efficiency.

You'll receive weekly pay starting at $24.20 per hour plus a $1.00 night shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan available from day one. Reliability and strong attendance are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Conduct basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed.
• Document production data promptly and accurately.
