Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II for the Night Shift in Mason, OH. The position runs 6:48pm–7:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule, with weekly pay starting at $24.20 per hour and an additional $1.00 shift differential for night shifts. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match) begin on day one.

Operators handle multiple blow molding machines, perform adjustments, and ensure safe, high-quality production. Prior manufacturing experience and reliable attendance are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in manufacturing environments.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within standard procedures.
• Collaborates well with others and supports team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate a set of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to maintain safe, efficient production.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes on the line as needed.
• Monitor resin, dryer, and color systems for proper processing conditions.
• Conduct on-time quality checks per established standards.
• Provide training support to new Operators.
