Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Machine Operator II for the Day Shift (6:48am-7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend). The role offers weekly pay starting at $24.20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401k with match from day one.

The Operator will run a group of plastic blow molding machines, perform mold and color changes, monitor resin and color systems, and perform basic machine adjustments to ensure safe, efficient production of

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and related equipment safely and with high quality.
• Follow safety, health, GMP and company policies and procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems.
• Conduct on-time quality checks and assist maintenance as needed.
• Train new Operators and support other Operators.
• Limited travel may be required.
