Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate multiple plastic blow molding machines during a night shift (6:48pm - 7:00am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. This role offers weekly pay starting at $28.95 per hour plus a $1.00 night shift differential and day-one benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

The Operator will run machines, perform adjustments, support quality, participate in continuous improvement, and assist with maintenance and line changes as

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interact with managers, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor repairs to maintain quality and throughput.
• Assist in mold, insert and color changes and in preventative maintenance as needed.
