Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a machine operator for the Sun–Thu, 10 PM–6:30 AM shift. You will run automated production lines, monitor quality, and document data to ensure product integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with automated packaging equipment, and strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Company benefits and safety standards accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or US military service or equivalent.
• Experience operating automated packaging equipment (2 years).
• Experience performing quality tests using analytical tools (1 year).
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing environment (1 year).
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures and make minor adjustments (1 year).
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and maintain primary and secondary automated production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using established solutions.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment and perform testing per specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and identify quality problems; propose solutions.
• Record operational and production data and assist with changeovers.
• Train new machine operators on procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support process improvement activities and safety initiatives.
