Job summary

Mars Snacking in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Machine Operator for the night shift. You will operate manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and support quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and basic computer skills with MS Office. Shift hours are 6:30 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with a $25+/hour starting wage plus a $2/hour shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform routine repairs and adjustments.
• Collaborate with maintenance for preventive maintenance (PM).
• Conduct quality control tasks including date codes and logs.
• Maintain shift documentation and logs to quality standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
