Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring a Production Machine Operator B to operate high-speed production lines 6pm–6am. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of manufacturing experience.

You will monitor equipment, ensure product flow, quality, and smooth line changeovers while adhering to safety standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow with a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months previous manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot; critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
• Maintains all product flow and ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.
• Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and equipment; completes line inspections and reports.
• Assists with line change over and other duties as assigned.
