Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of machine operating experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work the 12-hour overnight shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of production equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.
• Follow GMPs and company policies and procedures.
• Keep production lines running smoothly with minimal supervision.
• Monitor product quality through routine visual checks and report concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance, basic equipment adjustments, changeovers, and setups.
• Identify issues, take action, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
