Job summary

Mars Wrigley – TNN Site in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a Machine Operator for a 12 hour night shift with a 2-2-3 rotation and a 3pm-11:30pm second shift. The role emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency and teamwork to support production and continuous improvement in our fast-paced facility.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, basic math/PC skills, and ability to work in basic English. Lean environment experience and certification are a plus.

Qualifications
