Mars is seeking a Packaging Operator at the Lebanon, TN facility to operate and maintain automated packing lines while upholding safety and quality standards. The role is a 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm – 6:30 am) with a 4 on/4 off schedule.

The operator will contribute to continuous improvement projects in the packaging area and support multi-skilled packing tasks. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in food manufacturing, and the ability to multitask.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing environment and operating high speed packing machines.
• Mechanical background desirable.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated packing machines to ensure efficient performance.
• Set up machines, load materials, adjust settings and maintain sanitation.
• Troubleshoot jams, rework defective packaging, and repair faults.
• Maintain cleanliness and lubrication according to schedule (CIL).
• Perform quality checks and document results to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and be able to work autonomously.
