MarsSnacking—Machine Operator (Day Shift) in Hackettstown, NJ is responsible for operating equipment and ensuring high-quality production. This role requires working a 12-hour day shift with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and lifting and physical duties in a peanut facility.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using computers and PC software, including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform routine repairs and adjustments.
• Identify and resolve problems at root cause and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for equipment preventive maintenance (PM).
• Conduct and document quality control tasks, including metal checks and date code inspections.
