Job summary

Mars Wrigley Chattanooga Site is seeking a Machine Operator for the 12 Hour Night Shift. You will operate and adjust equipment, perform changeovers, and support area housekeeping and quality checks to ensure safe, high-quality production.

You will be part of an area team focused on continuous improvement, safety and on-time delivery. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of machine operation, and basic math/PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing/machine operation experience.
• Basic math and PC skills.
• Basic digital technology skills (tablet, HMI screens).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• High level of physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust equipment in the assigned area.
• Perform changeovers as needed.
• Maintain area housekeeping and conduct area deep cleans as required.
• Complete production and QA checks and document findings.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts.
