Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing and staff activities while ensuring high-quality geriatric resident care. The role focuses on supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN or LPN license in TN, have a BSN or equivalent experience, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care and input for discharge planning.
• Implement plan of care to optimize resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals on plan changes.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessments.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure adherence to care plans.
