Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role provides primary nursing management of resident and staff activities, leveraging nursing expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality geriatric care in accordance with center policies and procedures.

You will supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, coordinate care plans with physicians, and ensure timely communication and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience required.
• Current TN LPN/RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing home leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Ensure delivery of quality, resident-centered nursing care per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain timely communication of treatment updates and assessments.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to care plans.
