Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in a geriatric setting. The role involves supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff while coordinating with physicians to adapt care plans and ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a TN LPN/RN license, have leadership experience in a nursing home, and demonstrate strong clinical and management skills to mentor staff and

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
Experience in a nursing home leadership capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes using the nursing process.
Implement and adapt care plans to meet residents' needs.
Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care plans.
Deliver and supervise nursing care to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments on the unit/shift.
Communicate current treatments and assessments in a timely manner.
Monitor staff activities to ensure care is delivered per plans and physician orders.
