Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role involves managing resident care and supervising staff, ensuring care plans are implemented and adhered to according to policy.

The supervisor will lead Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, coordinate with physicians, and maintain high standards of geriatric care, while supervising teams and ensuring timely communication of care data.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; valid TN license required.
• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous nursing home leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assure that high-quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process.
• Implement and monitor plan of care focused on resident outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care professionals to update care plans.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure care aligns with plans and physician instructions.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
