Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing and staff activities. The role focuses on managing resident care, implementing care plans, and ensuring adherence to facilities policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, an active TN license, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience required.
• Current TN license to practice as LPN/RN; prior nursing home leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Lead and coordinate Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff within the unit and shift.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to adjust care plans.
