Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered and focused on outcomes.
• Implement plan of care consistently and cost-effectively with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals on changes to care plans.
