Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Omaha, NE. The LPN will oversee and participate in medical services for a caseload, coordinating treatment plans and discharge planning under supervision of a RN or provider.

The role requires a current LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and valid.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and communicate observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Develop and communicate admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate on treatment and discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report needs for repairs.
• Record vital signs and document in patient records.
• Adhere to licensure regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate medical updates with utilization review and managed care.
