Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time day shift in Omaha, NE. The LPN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and work under supervision with timely documentation.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Prioritized licensure and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to patients and educate them.
• Provide admissions, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Interact with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
