Qualifikationen

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate significant observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, and discharge planning to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the treatment team on plan development and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and plans promptly.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
