Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Loveland, CO. The LPN will coordinate medical services, document care, and work under supervision to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing patients, and collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement discharge plans, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Knowledge of KIPU EMR and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Commitment to licensure requirements throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor vital signs and document in EMR.
• Maintain safety and professional boundaries.
• Assist with admissions and discharges and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and facility policies.
