Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time day shifts in Omaha, Nebraska. Qualifications

• Current active LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and nationally accredited.
• Experience with electronic medical records and computer use.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for a patient caseload.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the team.
• Document assessments, progress notes and plan updates promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with licensure requirements.
