Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is hiring a Pre-Pack Manufacturing Technician for the night shift on a temp, full-time basis. You will support daily production operations, troubleshoot issues, and coach team members to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring flow, assisting with line changes, and promoting a strong safety culture. 1–2 years of manufacturing experience and proficiency in Excel/Word are required.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar operations.
Proficiency with Excel and Word; ERP or inventory systems familiarity.
Ability to read SOPs and instructions; good communication.

Responsibilities

Support daily production to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate support as needed.
Monitor WIP, line performance, and bottlenecks; adjust priorities.
Assist with line changeovers, setup, and SOP adherence.
Provide floor leadership, assign tasks, and communicate priorities.
Coach and train on the job; participate in root-cause analysis.
