Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to manage a night shift team, plan and direct activities to meet defined objectives, and ensure compliance with safety and process standards. You will lead a small to mid-size team, coordinate with the customer, and drive continuous improvement in the operation.

The role covers scheduling, performance monitoring, and training support to ensure we meet volume forecasts and quality targets in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Formal education in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in distribution/logistics environments.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork with clear objectives.
• Communicates road map and goals to team and motivates performance.
• Maintains health and safety compliance and audits as required.
• Analyzes and reports KPIs; coordinates with customer and management.
