Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the United States seeks an Overnight Operations Supervisor to lead inbound, outbound, and product slotting activities, manage labor scheduling, and ensure safe, cost-effective operations.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will hire, train, and evaluate staff, plan daily work, communicate with clients, and drive continuous improvement while meeting KPI targets. Nights and weekends flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound/outbound and labor scheduling activities.
• Communicate critical issues to senior management and client representatives.
• Develop procedures for safe, efficient warehouse operations.
• Train and evaluate staff; manage hiring and performance reviews.
• Plan space, equipment, and manpower to meet KPI targets.
