Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team on the warehouse floor, ensuring safe, efficient operations and exceptional customer service. The role blends hands-on leadership with data‑driven decision making to optimize workflows and productivity in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment.

The Area Manager will coach associates, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or e‑commerce operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data‑driven process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and operational leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead during peak volume periods and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or distribution functions to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Drive performance against metrics: safety, quality, productivity, cost, throughput, labor utilization, and on‑time delivery.
• Coach and develop front‑line associates and team leads to foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Conduct daily shift huddles, floor walks, and reviews to communicate priorities and risks.
• Monitor staffing and labor allocation to optimize performance during peak periods.
• Partner with Operations Managers, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to drive productivity gains.
