Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to manage their team’s activities, organize work, and ensure safe, compliant operations that meet customer specifications.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor performance, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement. A GED or high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are required, with ability to obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• Leads a team to meet defined objectives and safety rules.
• Plans and coordinates workload and resources.
• Monitors KPIs and proposes improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage team activity and organize work to meet objectives.
• Communicate road map and goals to the team; motivate and recognize performance.
• Set up regular briefings and monitor activity and objectives.
• Provide training and support to team members as required.
• Promote process improvement and internal innovation.
• Scale workforce and equipment to meet volume forecasts; supervise operations.
• Maintain customer communication and coordinate specific requirements.
• Ensure health and safety rules are applied locally.
• Audit and ensure procedures and objectives are up to date.
• Provide KPIs and ensure information flow between team and management.
• Identify deviations and initiate corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
