Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Louisville, KY—an established logistics and supply chain provider—seeks an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor. You will lead the hourly workforce, oversee driver deliveries, loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service activities to meet service and cost objectives.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and safety compliance. The shift is Monday–Friday, 9pm–7:30am, with occasional weekend work and potential travel as needed.
