Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Senior Operations Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the hourly workforce, optimizing daily tasks such as driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and cross docking at the North Little Rock site.

The role includes performance management, training, and ensuring safety/compliance while controlling costs and enhancing customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as necessary and to work on-site at location.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable; interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation; improve methods for productivity.
• Assist in new associate training and provide coverage; maintain site operating system knowledge for compliance and accurate records.
