Paycom - ATS in Norman, OK seeks a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate transport pickups and deliveries. You will be the first contact for facilities, communicating ETAs, rider details, and driver instructions while maintaining accurate logs and data in the system.

The role requires a high school diploma, dispatcher experience, and strong English communication, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. PTO, healthcare benefits, and a 401K are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as dispatcher or similar role.
• Proficient in English, strong communication.
• Typing and data-entry skills.
• Tech-savvy with computer systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Receive electronic transport requests and prioritize submissions by urgency and proximity.
• Address problems and provide solutions or escalate to Dispatch Leads as needed.
• Confirm transports with facilities and communicate ETAs, riders, and drivers.
• Monitor routes and driver status to coordinate schedules and share information.
• Enter data in the computer system and maintain call and incident logs.
• Collaborate with Dispatch Leads and Drivers to maintain facility contacts and drivers.
• Improve efficiency to reduce driver arrival times and report overages immediately.
• Track driver hours to stay within drive-time rules and report deviations.
