Job summary

Romark Arkansas Llc is seeking an Operations Clerk/Coordinator in Barling, AR to manage zone workloads, ensure timely shipping and inbound processing, and coordinate with carriers and the returns team. The role requires strong JDA WMS knowledge, shipping/receiving experience, and solid communication skills.

Shift available: Tue-Fri 6:00 pm–4:30 am. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered; successful pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of JDA Warehouse Management Systems and ability to navigate reports.
Experience in Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory and Material Handling operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and complete tasks.
Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks in inbound/outbound flows.

Responsibilities

Assign daily workload to Zone Teams and manage priorities for shipping load ready and inbound times.
Distribute assignments to balance workloads and forecast queue activity.
Monitor completion of work to ensure balanced shipments and inbounds.
Communicate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for inbound and outbound products.
Prioritize shipping/receiving and process related paperwork (BOLs) using JDA.
Audit inbound/outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with carriers and Customer Service for load status and updates.
Allocate and balance work to zones and adjust priorities to maintain flow.
Alert Supervisors on unproductive behavior, performance, or accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
