ID Logistics seeks a Copack Production Supervisor for the night shift in Barling, Arkansas. This on-site role leads a warehouse team, ensures safety, accuracy, and productivity through coaching and process improvements.

You will manage attendance, scheduling, and training, while coordinating vacations and time sheets. The package includes $70,000–$75,000 salary + bonus and comprehensive benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site role in Barling, AR with a second shift (M-F).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and inventory control.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to associates.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temporaries.
• Oversee associates and maintain GMP for food grade warehouse.
