The role runs Sunday night 10:00pm - 6:30am and Monday - Thursday 8:30pm - 5:00am with Friday and Saturday off, offering exposure to critical supply chain functions and a chance to grow within a dynamic, respectful environment.

You will support drivers, manage finances and compliance, and help maintain assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics/administrative experience.
• Entry level role suitable for candidates with High School education.
• Familiarity with DOT reporting and payroll processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Financial Workflows: Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, and payroll to ensure accurate, streamlined processes.
• Champion Compliance: Audit driver logs, trip reports, and DOT requirements, upholding safety and data integrity.
• Support Our Drivers: Interface daily with drivers, maintain route books, coordinate vacation coverage, and swiftly resolve equipment requests.
• Oversee Critical Assets: Maintain daily and weekly pallet tracking, fuel reconciliation, and database reporting to drive operational efficiency.
