Medical City Las Colinas in Plano, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for a Level IV NICU (108-bed) in a full-time night-shift role from 7 PM to 7 AM. You will join a high-acuity NICU within the HCA Healthcare network, delivering compassionate, expert care to fragile neonates.

The position emphasizes comprehensive nursing assessments, accurate care planning, teaching, and supervision of nursing staff to maintain Magnet Hospital standards and high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

  • ADN or BSN required with 12 months enrollment and 24 months completion (Magnet Hospital).
  • Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
  • Minimum 1 year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
  • STABLE within 18 months of start date; Neonate Resuscitation within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and resources.
  • Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope of practice.
  • Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
