Medical City Dallas is seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level IV) Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7P–7A) to join our 108-bed NICU team. The role provides high-quality, compassionate care and collaboration with a large medical staff.

You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, implement care plans, supervise support staff, and educate families. You will need ADN/BSN, Texas RN license, NICU experience, and certifications such as STABLE, NRP, BCLS, and PALS.

Formación

• ADN/BSN required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion.
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
• 1 year NICU RN experience in acute care hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope and policies.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
