Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse II (CN II) to lead a Care Delivery Team. The CN II directs care for a patient group, demonstrates clinical competency, nursing leadership, and coordinates planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Precepts new staff and applies age-specific nursing skills. This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position with a 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM shift, every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• ACLS is required; 12 contact hours of CE annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with people of varying backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Directs care for a specific group of patients.
• Coordinates nursing care with independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Precepts new staff as assigned.
• Demonstrates nursing leadership and clinical competency.
