Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Clinical Nurse I to lead a care delivery team, directing patient care with CN II as a resource. The CN I will perform independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation across patient needs.

Position includes completing orientation, maintaining Ohio RN licensure, and fulfilling 12 hours of continuing education annually. Regular 36-hour weekly schedule is stated, with 7p–7:30a shifts and alternating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as an Ohio Registered Nurse with BLS/CPR.
• Completed general and unit-specific orientation and probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for a patient team, using CN II as a resource.
• Lead a team of patients with independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and shift leaders.
