Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse II to lead a Care Delivery Team and oversee nursing care for a defined patient group. The role requires clinical leadership, independent assessment, planning, and coordination of patient care across age groups.

You will precept new staff, maintain ACLS certification, and meet annual continuing education requirements. Day-to-day includes 7p–7:30a shifts, on-call duties, and weekend/holiday coverage as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure from the state of Ohio as an RN.
• Successful completion of general and unit-specific orientation and hospital probationary period.
• Obtains/maintains a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education annually which includes Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification.
• ACLS certification is required.
