Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Night Shift - Downstream Bioprocessing in Elwood, KS. You will lead daily production, supervise a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards to deliver monoclonal antibody products.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing setting; preferred bachelor’s in biomanufacturing. Night shift includes 12-hour rotations with weekend/holiday premiums; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years experience in a regulated, commercial manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear appropriate gowning and personal protective equipment in manufacturing and support areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations supporting downstream bioprocessing activities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel through performance management, training, and feedback.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with USDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements and batch records.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to promote safe work practices and a culture of quality.
