Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Bio Manufacturing Operator for the night shift at the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody facility. You will perform and document biologics manufacturing tasks, following SOPs and maintaining cGMP compliance in a regulated environment.

The role includes media/buffer prep, upstream/downstream processing, formulation, fill/finish, and packaging activities with a 12-hour shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including every other weekend. PPE is required in production areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Strong teamwork, initiative and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document biologics manufacturing tasks at the Elwood, KS mAb facility.
• Execute core processes: media/buffer prep, upstream/downstream processing, formulation, fill/finish.
• Maintain cGMP compliance in a regulated environment (USDA/FDA/EMA).
• Follow SOPs and batch records for equipment operation and daily tasks.
• Perform aseptic manipulations and maintain a sterile environment.
• Support equipment prep, maintenance and process improvements; interface with QC for sampling and monitoring.
