You will act as process leader, coach, and problem-solver, ensuring changeovers, maintenance, and process documentation are completed with precision. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and 3+ years in Liquid Protein A Chromatography at manufacturing scale; preferred skills include root-cause

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED.
• Experience: 3+ years in Liquid Protein A Chromatography at manufacturing scale.

Responsibilities

• Executes the operation with the team, serving as process leader, coach, trainer, and responsible party.
• Performs and verifies maintenance, process setup, troubleshooting, change over, and process intervention.
• Represents the operations team for cross-functional process support and real-time problem solving.
• Ensures process documentation is prepared with accuracy and concurrence.
