Job summary

Elanco is hiring for an operator at the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. The role involves executing core manufacturing processes, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring cGMP compliance. You will interact with QC for sampling and environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office and written & verbal communication.
• Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to wear gowning and PPE in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document tasks related to biologics manufacturing at the Elwood, KS facility.
• Execute and monitor core mAb manufacturing processes (media/buffer prep, upstream/downstream processing, formulation, fill/finish).
• Maintain cGMP compliance in a regulated environment (USDA/FDA/EMA).
• Follow SOPs and batch records for equipment operation and daily tasks.
