Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Downstream Bioprocessing team in Elwood, KS. You will lead nightly manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in downstream operations.

The role requires 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, a high school diploma, and ability to gown and PPE. Preferred candidates may have a biomanufacturing degree and SAP/OSi PI/VEEVA experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years experience in a regulated, commercial manufacturing environment.
• Must wear gowning and PPE in manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations for downstream bioprocessing.
• Supervise, coach, and develop personnel with performance management and training.
• Ensure activities comply with USDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements.
