Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in MLT from an accredited program.
• CLIA 88 high-complexity testing requirements.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical information.
• Strong numerical and statistical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform high, moderate, or waived laboratory testing per SOPs.
• Identify and resolve instrument malfunctions and document troubleshooting.
• Verify, report, and interpret test results independently.
• Monitor quality control and participate in CSI and QA activities.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff and students.
• Prepare and collect specimens for analysis.
