Qualifications

• Lab Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Manages daily operations, QA/QC, and workflow within regulatory requirements.
• Ensures timely, accurate test analyses and proper reporting of results.
• Develops and updates SOPs; implements process improvements.
